All quotes are estimates given in good faith based on the information and photos you provide. The final price may change once we attend site if conditions are materially different (e.g. tree is significantly larger, additional access constraints, hidden hazards). We will always confirm any change in writing before continuing.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

We do not collect payment online. Payment is taken on completion of the work, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

When you choose a preferred date and time slot through our chat, this is a request — the booking is confirmed only once a member of our team has replied to confirm.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed visit. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small call-out fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule for safety reasons, including extreme weather. We will give you as much notice as possible.

You confirm that you are the property owner or have permission from the owner to instruct the work, and that you have checked for any Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) or Conservation Area restrictions. We are happy to advise but the responsibility for obtaining permissions sits with the property owner.

We will leave the site clean and tidy and take all green waste away unless you've asked us to leave it on site (e.g. logs, woodchip).

We hold £5m public liability insurance. Our liability for any loss or damage caused by our negligence is limited to the cover provided by that insurance.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, traffic, supplier failure).

The site is provided 'as is'. We try to keep it accurate and available but make no guarantees. Content (text, images, branding) is owned by us or our licensors — please don't copy it without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
